Am I wrong? I look forward to your response - and thank you for commenting. Take care. What happened to america? I believe Benjamin Franklin said it best when he stated that a system of controls and balances must be in place because the masses could not be trusted. Liberalism has caused a falling off of pride, work ethic, and patriotism. I feel these people are selfish and mistake liberalism as a way to avoid the over exposed and media trashed republican party. I don't believe the answer is extreme rightest views, but I know where I came from and I would die for my country to have some integrity back. Too many people are quick to dissent their own nation for the opted personal gain. The sad thing is, when liberalism does take over, they will be the first people to complain and argue about the situations they conspired. Thanks for the read and look forward to reading more. It is also only the tip of the iceberg with regard to (alleged) fraud within the state. I just returned from there serving as a missionary for seven years. I just need for everyone to know, that if you are going to send anything to Mississippi or Louisiana you had better follow to see where it winds up. Also, H.U.D. in the state of Mississippi is corrupt. I know of a case where there was five years of embezzlement at a senior housing apartment complex in and no one got prosecuted for it. But, what did happen is that the prior resident manager left a new resident manager came in and the prioris management rep from a Jackson based management company retained his position without any investigation as to his part in the money pilfering. He's still there with H.U.D. officials in Jackson covering his back all the way to the state representative offices, of which I complained to. Unfortunately the H.U.D. people in Jackson got their plug in before I could because I was forced out of the apartments as a trouble maker. Now you have 31 senior citizens who have had their rents increased three times in the past six months to cover this scam. It's truly sad to that all these people got after Katrina was 10 eight ounce bottles of water and a five pound bag of ice. This was with all the money and resources from every where pouring into the state. The "new south' is an oxymoron. It's still segregated, racist and the black people are still in poverty and have no businesses, or jobs in the small towns where they live outside of Jackson. Jobs that are supposed to be open to the public on a competitive basis are passed down by local whites by word of mouth to generations of their kin, whether they are qualified or not. The Mississippi Secretary of state office reported an average of 80% voter fraud for the 82 counties that make up the state.
